Good posture means a neutral spine. Working towards a neutral spine means training your body to stand, walk, sit and lie in positions where we are placing the least amount of strain on our supporting muscles and ligaments.

This postural focused class will help students to move from a neutral spine. Students can expect to develop a deeper awareness of their own bodies, move with greater ease, strengthen weak areas, release tight ones and improve flexibility.
