Our bones need to be strong so that we can bear weight and move our bodies efficiently.
Weight bearing exercises play a role in preventing osteoporosis and are highly recommended for patients who are at risk of, or who have a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia.
In this series, Anna will guide you through safe and effective exercises using the Pilates Method through weight bearing and resistive exercises.
